Miss Bethany Snow has been with Calvary Christian School since 2019. She began her teaching career with a hodgepodge of duties: high school Spanish, third and fourth grade handwriting, and overseeing the fifth and sixth grade video classes. She shifted the next year to teaching all the fifth and sixth grade classes after that.
Foreign languages are her passion, and she has tutored many French and Spanish students at the university level. Her greatest joy is seeing the look on a student’s face when the language finally clicks and the child succeeds in the new language. She hopes to be able to teach Spanish once again in the upper grades while continuing to teach her fifth- and sixth-graders.

Miss Snow grew up in a pastor’s home where ministering is the standard. She attended school at Heritage Baptist Academy in Antioch, CA, and then went on to Bob Jones University where she studied both Spanish and French. She has two favorite verses, Zephaniah 3:17 and Jeremiah 29:11: “The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.” “I Know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
